Orders and Payment
All orders placed with us are subject to acceptance by us. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the project.
Design and Approval
The client is responsible for providing all relevant materials and instructions necessary for the design of the Digital Business Card and NFC Business Card. We will provide the client with a proof of the design for approval before printing. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the design before it is sent for printing.
Printing and Shipping
Once the client approves the design, the Digital Business Card and NFC Business Card will be sent for printing. We will make every effort to ensure that the product is printed to the highest quality and is delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, we do not accept liability for any delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers.
Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the Digital Business Card or NFC Business Card that you receive, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to rectify any issues and provide a refund or replacement if necessary.
Intellectual Property
The client retains all intellectual property rights to the content and design of their Digital Business Card and NFC Business Card. We reserve the right to use any completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our Digital Business Card and NFC Business Card services.
