Refund Policy

We at NFC Pro are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order within 3 days of receiving it, please email us at and we will provide you with a return label and refund your purchase.

While we strive to provide the best possible experience during your transaction, we do have certain policies and procedures that we follow regarding returns and replacements. We do not offer refunds for customized products due to the time and effort involved in creating them. However, we will replace any products that do not meet the following criteria:

  1. If you receive the wrong order, we will replace it with the correct products upon receipt of photo proof.
  2. If the product is faulty, we will replace it upon receipt of photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. If there is an under supply of products, we will supply additional units to complete the order upon notification within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. If your NFC Prot card is damaged or does not adhere well to your phone, we will provide a replacement upon receipt of photo proof within 24 hours of delivery.
  5. If the card has a major design variation from the approved design, we will replace it.
  6. If your NFC Prot card loses its adhesive within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Please note that our products are compatible with all NFC enabled phones and QR code scanning is available for phones without NFC. We do not provide refunds or replacements if your phone does not have NFC.
